What To Expect During Your Salon Visit

We understand that visiting a new salon can sometimes feel a little daunting. From the moment you schedule your appointment, you'll receive clear communication and guidance every step of the way.
After booking an appointment, you will receive a confirmation via text or email with the date and time of your appointment. Your booking method will determine how you receive your notification email.
Please note: In the interest of your safety and peace of mind, we offer a complimentary allergy alert test before providing our colouring services. If you are new to hair colouring or haven't indulged in our colouring expertise in the last 6 months, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment to arrange for your patch test.

The Day Of Your Appointment
On the day of your appointment, you'll be warmly welcomed by our salon co-ordinator Jolene, who will take your coat and escort you through to the waiting area. Here you will be offered tea and coffee and a biscuit (Biscoff of course!). You will be asked to complete a digital form that includes questions about your hair type, texture, and hair care routine. This will help our stylists to deliver a personalised consultation and deliver the very best results.
Your stylist will then take you to your chair and carry out an in-depth consultation to get a clear picture of the look you would like. Our team of expert stylists are highly trained and knowledgeable and will give you a truthful answer on what is realistically achievable and whether or not they think a certain look is right for you. They will carefully access your skin tone, facial features, hair texture plus discuss your lifestyle, how often you wash your hair, and your budget before suggesting the latest hair trends & techniques to ensure you get the best possible result. It is important to note that it may take more than one salon visit to achieve your desired outcome.
During your service please feel free to ask for beverages, and access to our client wifi. Once your service is completed, your stylist will advise how best to maintain your hair at home and suggest the most suitable professional haircare products to ensure your locks stay looking vibrant and healthy long after you have left the salon.
Next, you will then be taken back to the reception area where you will be given the opportunity to book your next appointment. We may also ask to take your picture so we can showcase your beautiful new look on our social media channels.
From the moment you schedule your appointment to the second you walk out with a fresh look, we're committed to ensuring your experience is nothing short of exceptional. Once you leave the salon we will send you a feedback request, to ensure that your experience at the salon was to your liking.
